New Service Provider definition

New Service Provider means the Party to which an End User Customer switches its local Exchange Service or the Party to which an End User Customer is porting its telephone number(s).
New Service Provider means a service provider that did not bill the customer for service during the service provider's last billing cycle. The term includes only providers that have continuing relationships with the customer that will result in periodic charges on the customer's bill unless the service is subsequently canceled.

More Definitions of New Service Provider

New Service Provider. ' means a service provider that did not bill the end-user for service during the service provider's last billing cycle. This definition excludes service providers which bill the customer solely on a per transaction basis.
