Licensed building definition
Licensed building means a building on the licensed premises of a licensed manufacturer or wholesaler of fireworks that is approved for occupancy by the building official having jurisdiction.
Licensed building means a building or portion of a building with a single address. In the case that a multi-unit or multi-use building contains an establishment with a liquor license, the City Manager or designee may define a portion of the building as the licensed building.
Licensed building means the physical licensed building for which the license is issued and as approved by the licensing authority; which may include an immediately adjacent fenced or enclosed area as approved by the licensing authority. This term does not apply to restaurant liquor licenses.
