Leased Real Property Improvements definition

Leased Real Property Improvements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16(c).
Leased Real Property Improvements means all improvements owned by the Company located on or affixed to any Leased Premises, including, without limitation, all buildings (together with any and all loading docks, parking lots, garages and other facilities serving any such buildings), mechanical systems, fixtures, facilities, equipment, conduits, motors, appliances, air compressors, air lines, gas-fixed unit heaters, baseboard heating systems, water heaters and water coolers, plumbing fixtures, lighting systems (including all fluorescent and mercury vapor fixtures), transformers, switches, furnaces, bus ducts, controls, risers, facilities, installations and sprinkling systems to provide fire protection, security, heat, air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, electrical power, light, telephone, storm drainage, gas, plumbing, refrigeration, sewer and water thereto, all internet exchange facilities, telecommunications networks and facilities base IP, conduits, fiber optic cables, all cable television fixtures and antenna, elevators, escalators, incinerators, disposals, landscaping, site improvements, construction work in progress (including building materials located on or at the Leased Premises or intended to be used in such construction work), and other fixtures, equipment, motors and machinery located in or upon any Leased Premises and other improvements located on the Leased Premises now or prior to Closing.
Leased Real Property Improvements means all improvements owned by the Group Companies located on or affixed to any Leased Land, including, without limitation, all buildings and parking structures, together with all mechanical systems (including without limitation, all heating, air conditioning and ventilating systems and overhead doors), fixtures, facilities, equipment, conduits, motors, appliances, boiler pressure systems and equipment, air compressors, air lines, gas-fixed unit heaters, baseboard heating systems, water heaters and water coolers, plumbing fixtures, lighting systems (including all fluorescent and mercury vapor fixtures), transformers, switches, furnaces, bus ducts, controls, risers, facilities, installations and sprinkling systems to provide fire protection, security, heat, air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, electrical power, light, telephone, storm drainage, gas, plumbing, refrigeration, sewer and water thereto, all internet exchange facilities, telecommunications networks and facilities base IP, conduits, fiber optic cables, all cable television fixtures and antenna, elevators, escalators, incinerators, disposals, rest room fixtures and other fixtures, equipment, motors and machinery located in or upon any Leased Land and other improvements now or hereafter on the Leased Land.

Related to Leased Real Property Improvements

  • Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).

  • Company Leased Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(b).

  • Material Leased Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(b).

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by Company or any Company Subsidiary, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Real Property Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(b).

  • Leased Land means land which is the subject of a lease granted under section 60 or 93G; S. 3 def. of "lessee" amended by No. 39/1997 s. 4(2)(b).

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Personal Property shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • Real Property means any estates or interests in real property now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor and the improvements thereto.

  • Mortgaged Real Property means each of the parcels of real property set forth on Schedule 4 hereto, or interests therein, owned in fee by a Credit Party, together with each other parcel of Real Property that shall become subject to a Mortgage after the Closing Date, in each case together with all of such Credit Party’s right, title and interest in the improvements and buildings thereon and all appurtenances, easements or other rights belonging thereto.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

  • Leased Real Estate means all real property that the Company or any of its Subsidiaries leases, subleases or otherwise uses or occupies, or has the right to use or occupy, pursuant to a Lease.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in Owned Real Property and Leased Real Property, including fee estates, leaseholds and subleaseholds, purchase options, easements, licenses, rights to access, and rights of way, and all buildings and other improvements thereon and appurtenant thereto, owned or held by Sellers that are used in the business or operations of the Stations, together with any additions, substitutions and replacements thereof and thereto between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, but excluding the Excluded Real Property Interests.

  • Real Property Deliverables means each of the following agreements, instruments and other documents in respect of each Facility (to the extent requested by the Collateral Agent and relevant to the applicable jurisdiction):

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • the Land means the land (including for the avoidance of doubt all buildings, structures landscaping and other erections) situated at and known as Xxxxxxx School Xxxxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx XX00 0XX and registered under Title Number WT292137;

  • Real Property Assets means, as of any time, the real property assets (including interests in participating mortgages in which the Borrower’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by the Borrower, EQR and the Consolidated Subsidiaries of either or both at such time.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.
