Company Leased Real Property definition

Company Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

Company Leased Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(b).

Company Leased Real Property means the real property leased, subleased or licensed by the Company or its Subsidiaries that is related to or used in connection with the Company Business, and the real property leased, subleased or licensed by the Company or its Subsidiaries as tenant, subtenant, licensee or other similar party, together with, to the extent leased, licensed or owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries, all buildings and other structures, facilities or leasehold improvements, currently or hereafter located thereon, where the annual rent for each such lease, sublease or license exceeds $250,000.

• The Company Owned Real Property, together with the Company Leased Real Property, constitutes all of the real property used or occupied by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

• Except as set forth in the Leases, neither the Company nor its Subsidiaries owns, holds, has granted or is obligated under any option, right of first offer, right of first refusal or other contractual right to sell or dispose of the Company Owned Real Property or the Company Leased Real Property or any portion thereof or interest therein.

More Definitions of Company Leased Real Property

Company Leased Real Property means all interests in real property pursuant to the Company Leases other than the Company Oil and Gas Properties and other oil, gas and mineral rights of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Company Leased Real Property means all leasehold or subleasehold estates and other rights to use or occupy any land, buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures or other interest in material real property held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
