Company Leased Real Property definition

Company Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

Company Leased Real Property means real property leased, subleased or licensed by the Company or its Subsidiaries, as tenant, subtenant or licensee.

Company Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.20(a).

Examples of Company Leased Real Property in a sentence

The Company has made available to Parent true and complete copies of each lease, sublease, license or occupancy agreement in effect as of the date hereof granting rights in the Company Leased Real Property (each a “Company Real Property Lease”), including any guarantees, amendments and assignments thereto.
Except as would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect, all buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures, buildings systems and equipment, and all components thereof, located on the Company Leased Real Property are in good operating condition and repair (normal wear and tear excepted) for the operation of the business as currently conducted.
There are no subleases or similar written agreements granting to any Person other than the Company or any of its Subsidiaries the right to use or occupy any Company Leased Real Property.

There are no active or, to the knowledge of the Sellers, abandoned aboveground or underground storage tanks located owned or operated by the Company or located at the Company Leased Real Property or any other real property now or formerly owned or operated by the Company.

Company Leased Real Property means each leasehold interest held by any of the Group Companies in any real property used or occupied in connection with the businesses of the Group Companies, in each case that is material to the business of the Group Companies, taken as a whole.

Company Leased Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

Company Leased Real Property means all of the real property leased by the Company excluding the Company Leases.

Company Leased Real Property means the leasehold or subleasehold interests and any other rights to use or occupy any land, buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures or other interests in real property held by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under the Company Real Property Leases.
