Parking Structures definition

Parking Structures means the City-owned parking structures known as the College Street Parking Garage (located at located at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇) and the Lakeview Parking Garage (located at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇) that function as a single facility.
Parking Structures means the City-owned parking structures known as the College Street Parking Garage (located at located at 60 College Street) and the Lakeview Parking Garage (located at 41 Cherry Street) that function as a single facility.
Parking Structures means that portion of the Permanent Casino Complex described in Exhibit H-4.

  • The allocation of the Parking Devices between the Parking Structure Devices and the Surface Parking Devices shall be at Landlord’s sole discretion; provided, however, that such Parking Devices shall be allocated first to the Parking Structure Devices, and shall only be allocated to the Surface Parking Devices to the extent there no room in the Parking Structures to accommodate the holders of the Parking Structure Devices, as determined by Landlord.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that all parking at the Project (including, without limitation, the number of parking spaces available in the Parking Structure(s) (as defined below) and in the balance of the Project shall be required at all times to satisfy all Legal Requirements for the Project.

  • The monthly parking permits issued under this Agreement authorize permit users designated by the Permittee to self-park (and lock) one vehicle for each permit in an available (i.e. not being used) parking space located within the Parking Structures.

  • Parking Structures staff may issue warnings to assist permit users with compliance or call BPD to ensure enforcement of compliance with said directions and markings.

  • In the event of an emergency (a threat of imminent danger to life or property created by a problem with the Parking Structures or permit user’s vehicle), the City may move the vehicle to another space in the Parking Structures or remove the vehicle to a space outside the Parking Structures without notification to the permit user.

  • Subject to the conditions set forth in the preceding sentence, some or all of the Commuter Parking Structures may be located on property other than the Northern Premises.

  • Only currently registered vehicles that are legally allowed to be operated on public streets may be issued a parking permit and utilize the Parking Structures privileges granted in this Agreement.

  • The JDA will set forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which LACMTA and the Agency will work cooperatively to (i) draft the covenants, easements, agreements, and reservations, (ii) determine the location of the easements, Commuter Parking Structures and any other facilities to be provided to LACMTA by the Agency and (iii) determine the design and usage of the Commuter Parking Structures and any other facilities to be provided to LACMTA by the Agency.

Parking Structures. The minimum illuminance level for parking structures is 5 foot-candles as measured on the floor with a uniformity ratio of 10:1. H.

Related to Parking Structures

  • Parking Structure means a wholly or partly enclosed structure for temporary parking and protection of one or more motor vehicles which are otherwise in active use and which, when accessory to a single family residential building, includes an attached or detached carport or garage or a dedicated space within the principal building;

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Parking Open unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Structures means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;
