Mortgaged Real Property definition

Mortgaged Real Property means any parcel of Real Property that shall become subject to a Mortgage after the Closing Date, in each case together with all of such Credit Party’s right, title and interest in the improvements and buildings thereon and all appurtenances, easements or other rights belonging thereto.
Mortgaged Real Property means (a) each Real Property identified on Schedule 1.01(a) hereto and (b) each Real Property, if any, which shall be subject to a Mortgage delivered after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 5.11(c).
Mortgaged Real Property means each of the parcels of real property as set forth on Schedule 2 hereto, or interests therein, owned or leased by a ---------- Pledgor, together with each other parcel of real property that shall become subject to a Mortgage on or after the Closing Date, in each case together with all of such Pledgor's right, title and interest in the improvements and buildings thereon and all appurtenances, easements or other rights belonging thereto.

  • Based solely on, and except as set forth on, any surveys delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.15.3 or as otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion in writing, and to the Borrower Representative’s knowledge, as of the date of the applicable Mortgage, each Mortgaged Real Property that is subject to such Mortgage has direct physical access to and from at least one public road.

More Definitions of Mortgaged Real Property

Mortgaged Real Property means each Real Property, if any, which shall be subject to a Mortgage delivered after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 9.12.
