Issuer Call definition

Issuer Call means termination of the Securities by the Issuer in accordance with Product Condition 3;
Issuer Call means, if “Issuer Call” is specified as being “Applicable” in the definition of the relevant Series in the applicable Final Terms, the termination of the Securities by the Issuer in accordance with Product Condition 3(b);
Issuer Call means termination of the Securities by the Issuer in accordance with Product Condition 3; "Issuer Call Commencement Date" means the first Business Day from and including the Issue Date;

Examples of Issuer Call in a sentence

  • This position is based in part on assumptions regarding the likelihood that the Issuer Call Redemption will be exercised.

  • If a Series of Notes is to be redeemed in part in an Issuer Call Redemption, the aggregate Principal Amount of Notes to be redeemed will be allocated among the Holders of such Series of Notes, pro rata, on the basis of the Principal Amount of each such Holder’s Notes on the applicable Call Redemption Date.

Issuer Call means as set out in clause 12 of the Terms.

In the case of a partial redemption of Covered Bonds, the Covered Bonds to be redeemed (the Redeemed Covered Bonds) will be selected individually by lot, in the case of Redeemed Covered Bonds represented by Definitive Covered Bonds, and in accordance with the rules of DTC, Euroclear and/or Clearstream, Luxembourg (to be reflected in the records of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg as either a pool factor or a reduction in nominal amount, at their discretion), in the case of Redeemed Covered Bonds represented by a Global Covered Bond, in each case, not more than 30 days prior to the date fixed for redemption (such date of selection being hereinafter called the Selection Date). Issuer Call is specified as being applicable in the applicable Final Terms, the Issuer may, having given not less than the minimum period nor more than the maximum period of notice specified in applicable Final Terms to the Noteholders and to the Trustee in accordance with Condition 14 (which notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the date fixed for redemption) redeem all or, if so provided, some only of the Notes on any Optional Redemption Date.
