Automatic Early Redemption Event definition

Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:
Automatic Early Redemption Event means the occurrence of an AER Knock-out. "AER Knock-out" means the occurrence of a Knock-out Event.
Automatic Early Redemption Event means any of the following events: (i) a Change of Control occurs, (ii) the Corporation or the Board of Directors asserts in writing that any portion of the Series B or any of the Corporation’s obligations under this Certificate of Designations is invalid or unenforceable, (iii) the indebtedness under the Credit Agreement is accelerated (and such acceleration is not rescinded prior to the Automatic Early Redemption Date), or (iv) the Corporation or any of its material Subsidiaries (defined for this purpose as any “significant subsidiary” as defined in Rule 1-02(w) of Regulation S-X) files for bankruptcy, reorganization, receivership, liquidation or similar proceedings affecting creditors’ or equity holders’ rights.

Automatic Early Redemption Event means the AER Value is greater than or equal to, the Automatic Early Redemption Trigger.
Automatic Early Redemption Event means that:- in respect to a Call Security, the Observation Price is less than or equal to the applicable Security Threshold; or- in respect to a Put Security, the Observation Price is greater than or equal to the applicable Security Threshold;

Automatic Early Redemption Event means that on an Automatic Early Re- demption Observation Date the Official Closing Level of each Share(i) is greater than or equal to the Automatic Early Re- demption Level.
Automatic Early Redemption Event means (i) in case of a single Index that the level of the Index determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on any Automatic Early Redemption Valuation Date is, and (ii) in the case of a basket of Indices, the amount determined by the Calculation Agent equal to the sum of the values of each Index of each Index as the product of (x) the level of such Index as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on any Automatic Early Redemption Valuation Date and (y) the relevant Weighting is, (i) “greater than”, (ii) “greater than or equal to”, (iii) “less than” or (iv) “less than or equal to” the Automatic Early Redemption Level as specified in the Final Terms.
