Issuer Request definition
Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Issuer Request means a written order or request signed in the name of the Company by (i) either its Chief Executive Officer, its President or one of its Vice Presidents, and (ii) either its Corporate Secretary or one of its Assistant Corporate Secretaries or its Treasurer or one of its Assistant Treasurers, and delivered to the Purchase Contract Agent.
Issuer Request or “Issuer Order” means a written request or order signed in the name of the Issuer by any director or officer (or equivalent) of the Issuer and delivered to the Trustee.
