IPA Services definition

IPA Services means the scope of services to be performed by the consultant
IPA Services means those Covered Services which the IPA is required to arrange for the provision to a Member and pay for, and for which the IPA is entitled to compensation under this Agreement. IPA Services shall include those packages of Covered Services listed on Exhibit A, attached hereto, as amended or added to from time to time in the sole discretion of Physicians Care, and shall include such other health care services incident thereto as may be determined to be medically necessary by the Member Patient's treating Physician in accordance with generally accepted medical and surgical practices and standards then prevailing in the applicable professional community.
IPA Services means the scope of services to be performed by the consultant appointed as the Independent Programme Auditor which shall include but not be limited to the services referred to in Schedule [INSERT] of the Development Management Agreement;

Examples of IPA Services in a sentence

  • Registry Services Agreement means the agreement titled “The ASX Austraclear Registry and IPA Services Agreement” dated on or about 23 August 2011 between the Issuer and the Registrar in relation to the STNs and any other registry services agreement from time to time entered into between the Issuer and a Registrar.

  • Should IPA fail to comply with such laws and regulations, WellCare may withhold amounts included within the Compensation necessary to reimburse WellCare (i) for the payment of claims paid directly by WellCare for IPA Services provided to IPA Members and (ii) for any interest and penalties associated with such claims.

  • IPA shall use reasonable efforts to maintain arrangements with an array of IPA Physicians to make IPA Services available and accessible for all IPA Members as may be required by federal and/or state law.

  • IPA shall require that each IPA Physician agree to provide IPA Services to IPA Members in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the parties hereto shall each comply with the provisions of the Managed Care Reform Act of 1996 (Chapter 705 of the Laws of 1996) and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws, policies, and procedures governing the provision of IPA Services to IPA Members.

  • In return for the Compensation, IPA agrees to arrange and pay for all of the IPA Services that WellCare is obligated to arrange and pay for pursuant to the IPA Member Benefit Plans.

Related to IPA Services

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Processing Services means any and all services necessary or convenient for operation of the Program, including the issuance of cards or the processing of transactions or settlements in accordance with applicable Payment Network Rules and Applicable Law. Such services shall include: set-up and maintenance of cardholder accounts, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and settlement, Payment Network access, cardholder dispute resolution, Payment Network compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, customer service, collections and activity reporting.
