Inspection Materials definition

Inspection Materials is defined in Section 6.2.1 hereof.
Inspection Materials. Existing Leases, soils, engineering, structural and other reports relating to the current condition of the Premises, environmental audits and the results of any other studies, tests, investigations and inspections as well as any surveys, title policies, operating reports and other materials in the possession of Seller respecting the Premises, such materials to be delivered by Seller to Purchaser within ten (10) days after the Effective Date. Leases: Collectively, the Existing Leases and the New Leases.
Inspection Materials is defined in SECTION 8.1 of this Agreement.

Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.
