Environmental Reports definition
Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.
Environmental Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.39 hereof.

Examples of Environmental Reports in a sentence
If the Closing does not occur for any reason except for a Seller Default, then Buyer, upon Seller’s request, shall provide Seller with any non-confidential, non-proprietary Environmental Reports and any other data or information obtained by Buyer in connection with the Environmental Reports within ten (10) Business Days after delivery of Seller’s request for same, all without any representation or warranties as to the accuracy of such reports.
More Definitions of Environmental Reports
Environmental Reports means any and all written analyses, summaries or explanations, in the possession or control of the Company or the Company Subsidiary, prepared for the purpose of analyzing or assessing (a) any Environmental Conditions in, on or about the properties of the Company or the Company Subsidiary or (b) the Company's or the Company Subsidiary's compliance with Environmental Laws.
Environmental Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).
Environmental Reports means those environmental reports and studies relating to the Land as are listed on Exhibit B attached hereto.
Environmental Reports means any and all reports, studies, assessments, audits, and other similar documents that address any issue of actual or potential non-compliance with, actual or potential liability under or cost arising out of, or actual or potential impact on the Business in connection with, any Environmental Law or any proposed or anticipated change in or addition to any Environmental Law.
Environmental Reports means, with respect to each Individual Property, environmental audit report(s) (i) prepared by a reputable environmental Engineer approved by Lender in Lender’s discretion, (ii) addressed to or permitted by such environmental Engineer to be relied upon by Lender (iii) prepared based on a scope of work determined by Lender in Lender’s discretion, and (iv) in form and content acceptable to Lender in Lender’s discretion, together with any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.
Environmental Reports shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.5.
Environmental Reports has the meaning specified in Section 4.19(e).
