Tenant has delivered (or caused to be delivered) to Landlord a copy of the Environmental Reports concerning the environmental condition of the Premises.
To Tenant’s actual knowledge, except in strict compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws, and except as set forth in the Environmental Reports, no Hazardous Wastes have been released into the environment, or deposited, discharged, placed or disposed at, on or near the Premises, nor have the Premises been used at any time by any person or entity as a landfill or a waste disposal site.
Except as may be shown in the Environmental Reports, Tenant has no knowledge of or information regarding any Hazardous Waste located on the Premises.
