If this Agreement is terminated for any reason or Purchaser does not acquire the Property pursuant to this Agreement for any reason, Purchaser shall return all of the Due Diligence Materials to Seller, or destroy all copies and electronic files containing such materials, at Purchaser’s election, and shall deliver to Seller copies of all reports, summaries, analyses and other documents prepared by or for Purchaser with respect to the Property in connection with Purchaser’s due diligence on the Property.
