Third Party Material definition

Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
Third Party Material means any material made available by the Service Provider for the purpose of the Agreement in which a third party holds Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Third Party Material (including without limitation quotations, photographs, pictures, diagrams, drawings, tables, graphs or maps, and whether reproduced from print or electronic or other sources) may only be included in the Contribution with the prior agreement of the Publisher.

More Definitions of Third Party Material

Third Party Material means material in any form, the intellectual property rights subsisting in which are owned by a third party.
