Third Party Material definition

Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;
Third Party Material means Material owned by another person that is:
Third Party Material means Material owned by another person that is: included, embodied in or attached to the Agreement Material; or used in undertaking the Project. Visitors has the meaning given in clause 21.1(m)(i) (visitations).

Examples of Third Party Material in a sentence

  • Client’s access to and use of Third Party Material is at Client’s own risk and subject to any terms, conditions, fees, and policies applicable to such Third Party Material (in addition to the terms of this Agreement).

More Definitions of Third Party Material

Third Party Material means any Material made available by the Subcontractor for the purposes of this Agreement in which a third party holds Intellectual Property Rights.
