Contractor shall sign documents and provide assistance reasonably requested by University to confirm University’s interest in the Work Product and its license to Contractor Proprietary or Third Party Material.
Third Party Material (including without limitation quotations, photographs, pictures, diagrams, drawings, tables, graphs or maps, and whether reproduced from print or electronic or other sources) may only be included in the Contribution with the prior agreement of the Publisher.
