Examples of Submitting Party in a sentence
The Reviewing Party shall review the matter submitted in writing and shall promptly (but in any event within fifteen (15) days after such receipt) give Notice to the Submitting Party of the Reviewing Party’s comments resulting from such review and, if the matter is one that requires Approval or confirmation pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, such Approval, confirmation, disapproval or failure to confirm, setting forth in detail the Reviewing Party’s reasons for any disapproval or failure to confirm.
Any delay caused by the Submitting Party’s failure to respond to a request for additional information shall extend the ten (10) Business Day period within which the Receiving Party must provide a Final Response, however, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing, in no event shall the time period allowed for a Final Response be extended beyond twenty (20) Business Days following the date on which the Submitting Party issues the Demand.
The senior representatives of the Parties shall make a good faith effort to resolve the Demand within thirty (30) Business Days (or such longer period as they may agree to in writing) following the date on which the Submitting Party provides written Notice that it will continue to pursue the Demand or the date on which the time period allowed for a Final Response to the Demand has expired without issuance of a Final Response.
Party any document, notice or determination of the Submitting Party and with respect to which the other Party or its representative (the “Reviewing Party”) has a right or duty hereunder to review, comment, confirm, consent, Approve, disapprove, dispute or challenge the submission or determination of the Submitting Party.
Approval or confirmation by the Reviewing Party of or to a matter submitted to it by the Submitting Party shall neither, unless specifically otherwise provided (i) relieve the Submitting Party of its duties, obligations or responsibilities under this Agreement with respect to the matter so submitted nor (ii) shift the duties, obligations or responsibilities of the Submitting Party with respect to the submitted matter to the Reviewing Party.
