SHARE PRICE. The price per Share shall be determined by reference to trades on the Fund’s primary exchange. In no event shall the price be less than the current net asset value per share plus the per share amount of the commission to be paid to you (the “Minimum Price”). You shall suspend the sale of Shares if the per share price of the Shares is less than the Minimum Price.
SHARE PRICE. The Share Price of the Shares is $55.25.

SHARE PRICE. SHARE PRICE. For the purpose of the Transfer of the Shares and Subordinated Shareholder Loans as stated in Section 14.3 above, the sale and purchase price of the Shares and Subordinated Shareholder Loans shall be at (i) the then book value of such Shares and the outstanding principal and accrued interest of the Subordinated Shareholder Loans as determined by the Auditor in the case of Subsections 14.1(a) through (b) above, or (ii) seventy-five percent (75%) of the par value of such Shares or seventy-five percent (75%) of the then book value of such Shares as determined by the Auditor, whichever is less, and seventy-five percent (75%) of the outstanding principal and accrued interest of the Subordinated Shareholder Loans in the case of Subsection 14.1(c) above.
SHARE PRICE. Any Share purchased (and sold, in the case of a cashless exercise) pursuant to exercise of the Option shall be valued on the basis of such Share's Fair Market Value as of the date on which exercise of the Option is completed (or, if exercise of the Option is completed over a period of more than one day, on the basis of the average Fair Market Value during such period). Any Share tendered by the Participant in payment of all or any part of the Option Price shall be valued on the basis of such Share's Fair Market Value as of the date on which such Share is exchanged in order to effectuate exercise of the Option.
SHARE PRICE. The Share Price of the Shares is $70.77
SHARE PRICE. The Restricted Stock Award shall vest in full as of the date the non volume-weighted average daily closing price of the Company’s Common Stock on the principal securities exchange or market on which the Company’s Common Stock is then traded equals or exceeds Forty-Five and 05/100 Dollars ($45.05) for the trading days within any period of 90 consecutive calendar days during the Term (the “Share Price Target”). In the event of a stock split, reverse stock split, subdivision, recapitalization, reclassification, merger, consolidation (whether or not the Company is the surviving corporation), combination or exchange of shares, separation, or reorganization, or in the event of an extraordinary dividend, “spin-off”, liquidation, other substantial distribution of assets of the Company or other change in capital of the Company, or the issuance by the Company of shares without receipt of full consideration therefor, or rights or securities exercisable, convertible or exchangeable for shares, or any similar change affecting the Company’s capital structure, (a “Change in the Company’s Capitalization”), during the Term, the Shares Price Target shall be equitably adjusted to effectuate the intent of the parties with regard to the accelerated vesting of the Restricted Stock Award under this Section based upon the initial Share Price Target.
