High Risk Activities definition

High Risk Activities means uses such as the operation of nuclear facilities, air traffic control, or life support systems, where the use or failure of the Services could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage.
High Risk Activities means activities where the use or failure of the Services would reasonably be expected to result in death, serious personal injury, or severe environmental or property damage (such as the creation or operation of weaponry).

  • The Buyer shall not, and shall not allow any third party to: (a) use the Services for High Risk Activities; (b) use the Services to create a product or service which is substantially similar to any of the Services; or (c) use any Content, or extract any Content to be used, otherwise than as part of the Services and otherwise than for the Purpose, in each case unless expressly permitted under the relevant Service Addendum.
