Examples of Competing Activities in a sentence
For any duration of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months after its expiry or termination (the “Period”), the Restaurant agrees that it shall not have any direct or indirect financial interest in any business that carries out Competing Activities to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd within the United Kingdom.
The Executive hereby agrees that, if, during the three-month period after the Executive has provided notice of termination to the Firm or prior thereto, the Executive enters (or has entered into) a written agreement to perform Competing Activities for a Competitive Enterprise, such action shall be deemed a violation of Section 5.
However, Director agrees to inform the Company at such time as the Non−Controlled Entity commences Competing Activities, provided that he is aware of the Competing Activities and the disclosure would not violate a non−disclosure agreement with the Non−Controlled Entity.
In the event such Party, after receiving such written notice from the other Party, in good faith disputes the existence of such Competing Activities, then such termination shall not become effective unless and until such dispute is resolved with a determination that such Competing Activities exist.
The Executive hereby agrees that, if, during the three-month period after the Executive has provided notice of termination to the Company or prior thereto, the Executive enters (or has entered into) a written agreement to perform Competing Activities for a Competitive Enterprise, such action shall be deemed a violation of Section 9(b).
