Mission Critical definition

Mission Critical operations shall mean those operations identified by CUSTOMER from time to time as mission critical in one (1) or more written notices to PROVIDER.
Mission Critical a Person with respect to whom the failure of such Person's Significant Software to be Year 2000 Compliant could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on Guarantor.
