Group Defined Sample Clauses

The "Group Defined" clause establishes the specific meaning of the term "Group" as used throughout the agreement. Typically, it clarifies whether "Group" refers to a collection of related companies, such as a parent company and its subsidiaries, or another defined set of entities. By precisely defining this term, the clause ensures that all parties understand which entities are included whenever the agreement references the "Group," thereby preventing ambiguity and potential disputes over the scope of obligations or rights.
