Annual Incentive Plan (as such plan may be amended and modified, the “AIP”), targeted to be an amount equal to 150% of Base Salary at target performance (the “Targ et Bonus”), with opportunities above and below such amount based on a range of performance goals established by the Parent Board or a committee thereof.
