The Corporation and its External Manager and its Administrators restrict access to the Information to their employees who need to know the information to provide services to the Corporation, and maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with U.S. federal standards to guard the information.
In the event that the Corporation and/or the Administrator is required to take any of the foregoing actions, the Subscriber understands and agrees that it shall have no claim against the Corporation, the External Manager, and/or the Administrator and their respective affiliates, directors, members, partners, shareholders, officers, employees and agents for any form of damages as a result of any of the aforementioned actions.
