Exclusive Licensed Field means the 5'-Nuclease Assay Field.

Exclusive Licensed Field means (a) diagnostics, including but not limited to tests performed at Company’s and its customers’ service laboratories, clinical research, clinical grade reagents, and kits for diagnostic tests and (b) research grade reagents and kits for research. For the avoidance of doubt, diagnostics does not include the sale or offer for sale of therapeutics.
