Neither Licensor nor its Affiliates have received any written notice or threat in writing from any Third Party asserting or alleging that any Exploitation of the Licensor Technology, Licensed Products, or Licensed Antibodies prior to the Effective Date infringed, misappropriated, or otherwise violated any intellectual property rights of such Third Party.
