Software Technology definition

Software Technology means all Intellectual Property, Confidential Information, Documentation, Derivative works Works and other technical data used by Google Ireland that are required, used or appropriate for the design and development of Products. including the reproduction, use, testing, operation, maintenance and service of such Products.
Software Technology means Components developed and owned by Braintech and are available for use within eVF;
Software Technology means the Say-it! ▇▇▇ Software, including all source codes for all computer platforms and operating systems and all intellectual property associated therewith developed by Seller and known as Say-it! ▇▇▇ as currently embodied in the operating versions of such software provided by Seller to Buyer for evaluation, including such additional modifications listed in Exhibit A which Seller agrees to perform in a timely manner as part of this agreement, and all future enhancements to the Software Technology that may be developed by Seller pursuant hereto, with the consent of Buyer or pursuant to a separate written agreement between Buyer and Seller.

More Definitions of Software Technology

Software Technology as used in this Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Article 7.
Software Technology means all Technology used in connection with the Products. "TECHNOLOGY" shall mean public and nonpublic technical or other information, inventions, trade secrets, know-how, processes, formulations, concepts, ideas, data and testing results, experimental methods, and any other written, printed or electronically stored materials.
Software Technology means the computer program for gastrointestinal tract absorption prediction referred to as "Gastro" (as defined in Exhibit A) licensed by Simulations Plus, Inc. and includes: (i) source code form of the computer Software "Gastro" in all forms, including machine-readable, visually-perceptible or otherwise; (ii) all associated documentation, manuals and other printed or visually-perceptible materials describing the use or design of the Software Technology; (iii) any revisions or updates provided by Licensor to Licensee pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; and (iv) any additional computer programs as the parties may from time to time designate in writing. Modifications, enhancements and/or any software, technology or other programs derived from the Software Technology for the purpose of gastrointestinal tract absorption prediction shall be jointly owned by the Licensee and Licensor following termination as discussed in Sections 6 and 19 herein.
Software Technology means all Intellectual Property related to the Software.
Software Technology means the software described further in Exhibit B provided in Source Code of the Software Technology format.
Software Technology means all software-related Technology, materials, tools and documents that are necessary or useful to Commercialize any Apple Sensors, including all of the following in binary and source code formats and all documentation related to any of the following, in each case, owned, acquired, controlled or licensable by, or assigned to, AuthenTec or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date: matcher software; firmware; and all other software necessary or useful to develop, test, manufacture and/or use any Apple Sensors. Software Technology includes the Technology, materials, tools, documents and other items listed in Schedule H attached hereto.
Software Technology with respect to any software modules means systems and utilities software (including without limitation middleware) used in or necessary the operation or running of such software modules and any and all rules and algorithms embodied in any such software modules or systems and utilities software.
