Heavy Truck means a motor vehicle which
Heavy Truck means any commercial motor vehicle which has a rated gross vehicle weight exceeding 5 tonne (5,000 kilograms or 11,023 pounds) according to the current permit or vehicle registration which has been issued under the Highway Traffic Act, or its foreign equivalent for such vehicle, regardless of the actual weight of such vehicles, but does not include a vehicle operated by or on behalf of the Corporation or a school vehicle which is in the course of transporting children or persons with a disability to and from school;
Heavy Truck means a motor vehicle which has a licensed gross vehicle weight in excess of 11,800 kilograms.

Heavy Truck means any motor vehicle having permanently attached thereto a truck or delivery body and have a gross vehicle weight, as registered with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, in excess of 4,500 kg but does not include a bus travelling on a bus route established by Council, an ambulance, school, or municipal vehicle.
Heavy Truck means a commercial motor vehicle having a weight when unloaded, of three tonnes or more, or when loaded, of five tonnes or more, but does not include a passenger vehicle, an ambulance or any vehicle of a police or fire department;
Heavy Truck means a commercial motor vehicle for carriage of goods having a weight when unloaded, of 2.72 tonnes or more, or when loaded of 4.54 tonnes or more, but does not include a passenger vehicle, ambulance or a vehicle of a police, fire or public works department.

The term also includes any combina- tion vehicle where one of the vehicles in the combination is a motor truck, truck tractor or road tractor and the gross combina- tion weight rating or actual weight of the combination exceeds 10,000 pounds.
