Excluded Areas definition

Excluded Areas means the land or waters in respect of which the parties have agreed that no determination of native title is to be made at present being the areas described in Schedule Six and shaded purple on the plan in Schedule Two.
Excluded Areas means the areas identified in the Harbour Plans; “Execution Date” means the last date of execution of this Agreement;
Excluded Areas refers to the ground located immediately under any residence or other substantial, permanent improvements (except driveways), whether currently existing or hereafter constructed, and any point within twenty (20) feet of such residence or other substantial, permanent improvements (except driveways).

More Definitions of Excluded Areas

Excluded Areas means all areas within, or within three kilometres of, the boundary of the areas covered by:
