Rent Schedule definition

Rent Schedule means a written schedule for the Mortgaged Property showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable for the current month, the date through which rent has been paid, and any related information requested by Lender.
Rent Schedule means the schedule issued by Landlord to Tenant showing the Base Rent to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease, as such schedule is amended from time to time by Landlord. The initial Rent Schedule is attached to this Lease as Schedule 1 or will be attached following Closing if the Rent Schedule cannot be determined until the day of Closing. The Rent Schedule to be in effect upon the Amendment Effective Date of the First Amendment to Master Lease Agreement is attached as Schedule 1-A.
Rent Schedule. As defined in Section 3.1(c).

More Definitions of Rent Schedule

Rent Schedule. The first year’s monthly rental rate for the Premises shall be $4.35 per rentable square foot per month. Rental Rate is a “triple net” (NNN) rate. The Base Rental Rate shall increase by 3% on each anniversary of the Commencement Date during the Sublease Term.
Rent Schedule means, with respect to any Facility or Capital Enhancement Project, the schedule showing the applicable Base Rent to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease, as such schedule is updated from time to time by Landlord pursuant to the terms hereof, individually and collectively. The initial Rent Schedule for the Facilities subject to this Lease as of the Effective Date is attached to this Lease as Schedule 1. For any Acquisition Project, Acquired Option Facility, Development Project and Capital Enhancement Project, Tenant and Landlord shall mutually agree to a Rent Schedule prior to the date by which the payment of Base Rent is to commence with respect thereto pursuant to the terms hereof.

Rent Schedule. As a matter of clarification, the rent schedule for the initial term of twelve years and the option period of thirteen years will be the same as if the original term of the lease was twenty-five years and will be calculated as provided for in Paragraph 3 ("Rent") of the original lease document.
