Services Equipment means any apparatus, equipment and site documentation provided by VM at a Site as an essential part of providing Services under the terms of this Agreement;

Services Equipment means any apparatus, equipment and cabling provided by ICUK at a Site as anessential part of providing Services under the terms of this Agreement; “Services” means the supply of 1st and 2nd line broadband technical helpdesk Services provided by ICUK to the Client as specified in the Order and “Service” shall havea corresponding meaning; “Site” means the premises or other locations from and to which Services are to beprovided to the Client as specified in the Order; “Support Service” the support services described in clause 7; “Target Go Live Date” means the target date agreed between ICUK and the Client for thecommencement of Services as set out in an Order or as subsequently revised by the Client in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; “the Act” means the Communications Act 2003; “the Code” means any Code of Practice relevant to the Services issued by PhonepayPlus orOfcom as amended from time to time; “this Agreement” means this Service Agreement and its Schedules and any Order; “Unavailable Time” means a period of time when there is a total break in transmission. “Unprotected Circuit” means a Circuit the local tail of which is unprotected copper or fibre;

Services Equipment means equipment such as bins, tanks, containers and/or balers specified in the Agreement Specifics that is our property and is provided to your Premises in conjunction with the Services or such other plant or equipment (including any additional or replacement equipment) supplied by us but does not include any Purchased Equipment or Rental Equipment. Terms and Conditions means this document entitled “Standard Terms - Ongoing” including the schedules.

Examples of Services Equipment in a sentence

You warrant to us that the ground surfaces on your Premises used by our vehicles in order to provide the Services and/or Goods, and/or attend to the Services Equipment and/or Rental Equipment are suitable to prevent damage.
Where you do not obtain our written consent, or if it is reasonable for us to withhold our consent, we may terminate this Agreement upon reasonable notice and you may be charged the Break Fee and the Equipment Collection Fee for us to collect the relevant Services Equipment and/or Rental Equipment.
If we are unable to perform the Services and/or supply the Goods and/or supply or attend to the Services Equipment or Rental Equipment due to your acts or omissions, we may still charge you the Fees.
If you terminate the Agreement under this clause 26, you will not be charged the Break Fee but may be charged the Equipment Collection Fee for us to collect the relevant Services Equipment and/or Rental Equipment.
You acknowledge we have not made any representations to you with respect to the Services, the Services Equipment, the Rental Equipment and/or the Goods or their supply unless those representations are expressly stated in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Services Equipment

Services Equipment means any apparatus, equipment and cabling provided by OUTSOURCE TELECOM at a Site as an essential part of providing Services under the terms of this Agreement;

Services Equipment means any apparatus, equipment and cabling including but not limited to the Network Termination

Services Equipment means the Equipment used in connection with the Services, as set forth in Schedule C.

Services Equipment means any apparatus, equipment and cabling provided by ACS BUSINESS at a Site as an essential part of providing Services under the terms of this Agreement;

Services Equipment means: (a) items of equipment used by the Operator or a Subcontractor in the performance of the Services; and (b) Consumables, but does not include FF&E or Hired Equipment.
