Disbursement Schedule means the schedule of the amounts of Advances hereunder and Project Loan Advances under the Project Loan anticipated to be requisitioned by Borrower each month during the term of the Loan, attached hereto as part of the Development Budget and in final form approved by Lender and the Construction Consultant prior to the Closing Date.
