If Lessee exercises the option to renew this Lease, such renewal shall be upon the terms and conditions of this Master Lease and the applicable Lease Line Schedule, for a rental period and rental amount to be agreed upon by Lessee and Lessor.
Lessor leases to Lessee and Lessee leases from Lessor the personal property described in each Equipment Schedule executed pursuant hereto, subject to the terms and conditions of this Master Equipment Lease Agreement ("Master Lease") and the applicable Lease Line Schedule (defined below).

Capitalized terms used, but not defined, in this Master Lease have the meanings given to such terms in the applicable Lease Line Schedule or Equipment Schedule, as the case may be.
The "Equipment" (as defined in the Lease Line Schedule) is being leased for commercial or business purposes only, and not for personal, home, or family purposes.
