Lease Schedule. On or before April 18, 2002, Seller shall provide Buyer with a Lease Schedule in the form of Exhibit "A", showing the gross and net acres covered by all leases and the Seller's net revenue interest in the leases.
Lease Schedule. The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit " E" (the "Lease Schedule") is true, correct and complete with respect to the leases, licenses, tenancies and other occupancy agreements (whether written or oral) now in effect at the Project (collectively, the "Leases").
Lease Schedule. The schedule attached hereto as Exhibit “L” (the “Lease Schedule”) is true, correct and complete in all material respects regarding: (a) the leases, licenses, tenancies and other occupancy agreements (whether written or oral) in effect at each Project as of the date set forth on such Lease Schedule, other than the Ground Lease (each a “Lease” and collectively, together with all of the Leases affecting all of the Projects, the “Leases”); (b) the identities of the tenants under the Leases (collectively, the “Tenants”); (c) any delinquencies under the Leases; (d) the spaces occupied by the Tenants; (e) the commencement and expiration dates of the Leases; (f) the monthly rents payable thereunder (including any future rent concessions); (g) any outstanding agreements, written or oral, to amend or otherwise modify any Leases; and (h) the security deposits and prepaid rents of more than one (1) month in advance that have been paid by any Tenants.
Lease Schedule. The Servicer will maintain true, correct and complete copies of the List of Leases and the Lease Schedule (as defined in the Contribution and Sale Agreement). Each time the List of Leases or the Lease Schedule is amended, the Servicer shall promptly forward to the Indenture Trustee such List of Leases or Lease Schedule as so amended (or an amendment to be attached to the previous List of Leases or Lease Schedule so delivered to the Indenture Trustee). The Indenture Trustee shall maintain (and make available to interested parties during normal business hours) at its Corporate Office such List of Leases and Lease Schedule as so amended (or previous List of Leases and Lease Schedule together with all amendments), which shall constitute the List of Leases and the Lease Schedule referred to in the UCC financing statements filed pursuant to the Contribution and Sale Agreement, this Agreement or the Indenture, as applicable.
Lease Schedule. Prior to the Closing Date, the Lenders shall have received schedule of all lease agreements to which the Company or any Guarantor is a party, which schedule shall include the identity of the lessor, the lessee, the term of the lease, the annual lease expenditures, the expiration of the lease and whether such lease is an operating lease or a capital lease, and the Lender shall be satisfied with its review thereof.
Lease Schedule. Prior to the Closing Date the Bank shall have received a schedule of all the lease agreements to which any Co-Borrower or any Corporate Guarantor is a party (other than leases of real property, leases of motor vehicles and leases of equipment which do not require an annual lease expenditure in excess of $50,000) and the Bank shall have been satisfied with its review thereof or, in lieu thereof, a copy of each lease agreement shall be delivered to the Bank prior to the Closing Date.
Lease Schedule. The following terms shall be applicable to the various provisions of this Lease which refer to them:

A Lease Schedule will be available for each vehicle placed into service, identifying the following details: Agency Information: Approval Path Information: Agency Name 3-Digit Agency Code Date Requested Requestor 4-Digit Unit Code Current Agency Contacts Date Approved Approver Funding Source Account/Fund Codes Date Ordered Ordering Dealer Vehicle Information: Lease Information: VIN Plate # Acquisition Cost Lease Rate Year Make In-Service Date Maintenance/Repair Fee Model Trim/Drive Lease Start Date Administration Fee Contract ID # Asset # Lease End Date Total Monthly Lease Fee Term of the Lease: Each Lease Schedule for vehicles acquired under this Master Vehicle Lease & Assignment Agreement shall have a five (5) year term and shall terminate upon remittance of the sixtieth (60th) Agency payment of the total monthly lease fee as billed by OVM, unless terminated or properly amended in writing by the Parties prior to this date or terminated in accordance with OVM’s Policies and Procedures Manual. This Agreement shall terminate upon remittance of all payments associated with all Lease Schedules for vehicles acquired under this Agreement and completion of all terms included therein. Individual vehicles subject to this Agreement are identified in the Lease Schedule(s), made available as noted above, and which may be attached hereto and which may be updated from time to time.
Lease Schedule. The Lease Schedule contains a complete list of all Leases in effect as of the Effective Date. There are no Leases or other tenancies for any space in the Property other than those set forth on the Lease Schedule. Seller has delivered to Purchaser true and complete copies of each Lease (including all assignments thereof and subleases, if any, and any other agreements between Seller, or an Affiliate of Seller, and a Tenant, or an Affiliate of a Tenant) described in the Lease Schedule.
Lease Schedule. The information in respect of the Leases and Leasehold Property appearing at Schedule 7 is materially true and accurate.
