Energy In definition

Energy In means all Energy delivered into the Storage Facility (not including Energy metered into the Storage Facility when not subject to a Charging Notice) measured at the Storage Facility Metering Point by the Storage Facility Meter.
Energy In has the meaning set forth in Section III.A(4) of Exhibit O.

  • Solar energy device means a system or series of mechanisms designed primarily to provide heating, to provide cooling, to produce electrical power, to produce mechanical power, to provide solar daylighting or to provide any combination of the foregoing by means of collecting and transferring solar generated energy into such uses either by active or passive means, including wind generator systems that produce electricity. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:
