  • If ASSA ABLOY is prevented, hindered or de- layed in or from performing any of its obligations under the Agreement by a Force Majeure Event, it shall not be in breach of the Agreement or oth- erwise liable for any such failure or delay in the performance of such obligations.

  • Customer shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary import licenses, per- mits, approvals, filings, registrations and com- plying with all other formalities necessary for the entry of the Products into the Territory, their delivery to the Customer and any payment to ASSA ABLOY.

  • Each Party undertakes to the other that in pro- cessing such Personal Data it will comply with Data Protection Law and at any time, should either deem it necessary, the parties shall enter into a data processing agreement (in a form suit- able to ASSA ABLOY) in respect of any Personal Data pursuant to the Agreement.
