Customer Solution means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Microsoft Azure Services and that is not primarily a substitute for the Microsoft Azure Services.

Customer Solution means a solution developed or packaged by Customer using the Cloud Applications Studio that adds new and independent functionality beyond that provided by the SAP Cloud Solution or that connects via APIs.

If you provide End Users any non-Dell hardware, software or services (including management services) with, through or using the Solution (a “Customer Solution”), you must provide your End Users with this Agreement and your End Users must agree that their use of the Customer Solution is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Customer Solution means a solution developed or packaged by Customer with the Cloud Applications Studio and/or the Key User Tools which adds new and independent functionality beyond that provided by the SAP Cloud Solution, including any new functional components for business processes not provided by the SAP Cloud Solution, that connect to and/or communicate through published SAP APIs or user exits, including new or modified user interface elements, new reports, new forms, new web services, and new or modified functionality. The Customer Solution must be custom-built to be used by Customer only without further distribution or licensing.

Customer Solution means a solution developed or packaged by Customer using the with the SAP Business ByDesign development environment that adds new and independent functionality beyond that provided by the SAP Cloud Solution or that connects via APIs.

Customer Solution means a service, solution or application developed or used by Customer or its Affiliates, and which utilizes the Connectivity Solution, which may include a commercial service, solution or application which Customer provides to End Customers for a fee. Customer Solutions are provided by Customer, and not by Arm.
