Employee Liability definition
Employee Liability means the Buyer’s obligations (in its personal capacity or its capacity as trustee) in respect of Employees - Seller Group set out in clause 11.4.

The Provider authorises the Client to use any of the Employee Liability Information as the Client considers necessary for the purposes of its business or for informing any Incoming Provider or tenderer for any services which are similar to those which may form part of the Services under this Contract.
