Employee Liability definition

Employee Liability means the Buyer’s obligations (in its personal capacity or its capacity as trustee) in respect of Employees - Seller Group set out in clause 11.4.

Employee Liability. Employees shall be held responsible for the full amount recorded on guest checks for which they are accountable. They will not be penalized for payment on legitimate walk outs provided they have followed all Company procedure and notified immediately their supervisor or assistant to allow for either corrective action or proper investigation.
