Early Access Period definition

Early Access Period means the period between the Sunrise Period and General Availability during which special rules apply as described in these Policies.
Early Access Period means the period that commences on the Effective Date and ends upon the last day of the later to end of the Genotyping Early Access Period and the Gene Expression Early Access Period.
Early Access Period means and refer to (a) the period between the Early Access Date and the Commencement Date, as it relates to Premises-A, and (b) the period between the Early Access Date and the Phase II Expansion Date, as it relates to Premises-B.

Examples of Early Access Period in a sentence

  • Tenant’s access to the Premises during the Early Access Period shall be subject to all terms and conditions of this Lease, except that Tenant shall not be obligated to pay Rent during the Early Access Period until the Commencement Date.

  • All of the terms and provisions of the Lease shall apply to the Additional Premises during the Early Access Period, except for the obligation to pay Fixed Rent and Additional Rent in respect of the Additional Premises.

More Definitions of Early Access Period

Early Access Period means and refer to the period between the Early Access Date and the Commencement Date.

Early Access Period shall commence on the date that Sublandlord delivers the Sublease Premises to Subtenant following the date that all three (3) Early Access Conditions and shall continue until the Commencement Date. Such early entry by Subtenant shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Sublease other than Rent (as defined below), provided that Subtenant shall reimburse Sublandlord for any out-of-pocket electricity, water, and HVAC expenses in connection with Subtenant’s use of the Premises during the Early Access Period.
Early Access Period shall commence on the fourteenth (14th) day prior to Landlord's estimated date of substantial completion of the work and materials to be provided by Landlord pursuant to Exhibit C and continue through the day before the date of substantial completion. At Tenant's request from time to time, Landlord shall endeavor to inform Tenant of Landlord's good faith determination of Landlord's non-binding estimate of the date of substantial completion of such work. At least three (3) business days prior to any such early access, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord written evidence in a form satisfactory to Landlord specifying that Tenant is then carrying all insurance required by Article 11 of the Lease to be carried by Tenant and written evidence of the insurance carried by any such contractor (which insurance must be approved in writing by Landlord prior to any such contractor entering the Lower Level Expansion Space). Landlord shall not be responsible for, nor shall the Lower Level Expansion Space Commencement Date be delayed as a result of, any delay caused by or related to Tenant's activities during the Early Access Period. Any and all activity by Tennant, its emp1oyees, agents, contractor's or other invitees (indixxxxxxxy, an "INVITEE" and collectively, "INVITEES") in the Lower Level Expansion Space prior to the Lower Expansion Space Commencement Date shall be coordinated with Landlord and its general contractor to ensure that such activities in the Lower Level Expansion Space do not interfere with the work being performed by Landlord and its contractors. If Landlord determines that Tenant or any Invitee is interfering with Landlord's work in the Lower Level Expansion Space, then Landlord shall have the right to require the offending party to leave the Lower Level Expansion Space, and, in any such event, Tenant shall have no right to assert that the Lower Level Expansion Space Commencement Date or Tenant's other obligations under the Lease, as amended hereby, are affected thereby. Notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, all of the provisions of the Lease (including, without limitation, all insurance and indemnity provisions) shall apply during the Early Access Period, except that during such period Tenant shall not be obligated to pay Basic Rent or increases in Operating' Costs and Real Estate Taxes and Landlord shall not be obligated to provide any service or other item. Early Access Period means for each Give-Back Space the period commencing on the applicable Early Access Date and expiring on the applicable Give Back Date. To the extent that Landlord xxx xxxformed any work within the Tranche I Give-Back Space prior to the date an Access Agreement has been fully executed with respect thereto and the date this Eleventh Amendment has been fully executed, then the terms of this Eleventh Amendment and the applicable Access Agreement shall apply retroactively to any and all such work and related activities by Landlord.

Related to Early Access Period

  • Access Period has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a).

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC.
