Wind-Down Period definition

Wind-Down Period means, as the context may require, (i) with respect to any specific Covered Aircraft, the period after the Termination Date and until the time when such Covered Aircraft has been withdrawn from the capacity purchase provisions of this Agreement, and (ii) with respect to the Agreement as a whole, the period after the Termination Date and until the time when the last Covered Aircraft has been withdrawn from the capacity purchase provisions of this Agreement.
Wind-Down Period means the period from the date of termination or expiration of the Agreement through the date that the Parties have completed the Wind-Down Plan for the Programs entirely pursuant to Section 10.
Wind-Down Period has the meaning set forth in Section 10.6(c).

Examples of Wind-Down Period in a sentence

  • Any use of the Licensed Trademarks by SpinCo during the Wind-Down Period shall be subject to and in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to this Section 7.2(d), the Wind-Down Period shall be no more than three (3) months from the effective date of termination.


More Definitions of Wind-Down Period

Wind-Down Period is defined in Section 12.5 of this Agreement.
Wind-Down Period means any period after the date of termination of this Agreement, in its entirety or on a country-by-country basis, during which Parties are required to wind-down development activities pursuant to Section 13.4(a), 13.5(a) or 13.6(a), as the case may be.
