Development Parcel definition

Development Parcel means all of the property located within the boundaries of the #Loop Road#, as shown on Map 1 in Appendix A of this Chapter. The #Development Parcel# shall be deemed a single #zoning lot# for the purpose of applying all regulations of this Resolution.
Development Parcel means any tract of land on which Development may occur, including platted lots and unplatted parcels, but excluding street rights-of-way.
Development Parcel means a legal parcel within the Lakes District Development Land that is designated as a Development Parcel in a Development Plan that meets the requirements of section 52 hereof;

More Definitions of Development Parcel

Development Parcel means a portion of a designated seawall lot that is subdivided for construction of improvements, or rehabilitation of historic buildings for reuse, and that will be used for nontrust land uses.
Development Parcel means the entirety of contiguous land owned by a developer, whether or not previously plated, and planned or to be planned for development as residential, commercial, industrial or recreational lands under a common scheme or plan. All lands included within one or more subdivision plats or replats recorded at or about the same time, and all lands included within a common or joint application for planning approval from Routt County, shall be deemed to be a single development parcel.
Development Parcel means the aggregate real property defined herein as the Village Parcel combined with the adjacent Stratis Parcel.
Development Parcel means any of the parcels or easements created within the Redevelopment Area.
Development Parcel means one of the twenty-one (21) parcels lettered A thru U as shown on the Land Plan Exhibit of the Area Plan, as may be amended from time to time.

Development Parcel means that certain real property which will, after recordation of the final Parcel Map, be identified as Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 35629, and consisting of approximately 82.59 acres of land, which real property comprises a portion of the Property and is the “Premises” under the Lease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that prior to the date that the final parcel map records, the Development Parcel shall be established by lot line adjustments and therefore may not contain exactly the amount of acreage or be in exactly the same configuration as it will be in after the final parcel map records.
