Development Parcel definition

Development Parcel means all of the property located within the boundaries of the #Loop Road#, as shown on Map 1 in Appendix A of this Chapter. The #Development Parcel# shall be deemed a single #zoning lot# for the purpose of applying all regulations of this Resolution.
Development Parcel means any tract of land on which Development may occur, including platted lots and unplatted parcels, but excluding street rights-of-way.

  • Promptly after Completion of Improvements with respect to each Development Parcel in conformity with this Lease, the Landlord shall deliver to the Tenant a Release of Construction Covenants, executed and acknowledged by Landlord.

More Definitions of Development Parcel

Development Parcel means a portion of a designated seawall lot that is subdivided for construction of improvements, or rehabilitation of historic buildings for reuse, and that will be used for nontrust land uses.
