Prime Time in the Emergency Department is defined as the months of June, July and August and December.
PM means particulate matter.
Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.
CST means Central Sales Tax
Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)
Rise time means the difference in time between the 10 per cent and 90 per cent response of the final reading (t90 – t10).
Execution Time means the date and time that this Agreement is executed and delivered by the parties hereto.
Free Time means the period specified in the terminal schedule during which cargo may occupy space assigned to it on terminal property, including off-dock facilities, free of wharf demurrage or terminal storage charges immediately prior to the loading or subsequent to the discharge of such cargo on or off the vessel.
Scan time means the period of time between the beginning and end of x-ray transmission data accumulation for a single scan.
Release Time The following procedures shall apply for release time:
Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.
Representation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4(k).
Disclosure Time means, (i) if this Agreement is signed on a day that is not a Trading Day or after 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) and before midnight (New York City time) on any Trading Day, 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the Trading Day immediately following the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent, and (ii) if this Agreement is signed between midnight (New York City time) and 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Trading Day, no later than 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent.
Response Time means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system.
Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request. Maximum Run Time means the maximum number of hours a generating unit can run over the course of an Operating Day, as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.
Execution Date means the date of this Agreement.
Processing Date means the day on which the first step of physical Processing is scheduled to occur, as identified in an Acknowledgement.
Front fog lamp means the lamp used to improve the illumination of the road in case of fog, snowfall, rainstorms or dust clouds;
Presentation Date means a day which (subject to Condition 12 (Prescription)):
Date of Execution means the date on the cover page as of which the Parties have executed this Settlement Agreement.
Connection Date means the date when the Carrier having received the relevant information from the Company is in a position to and has agreed to commence provision of the Fixed Network Services to the Customer;
Formation Date has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereof.
Books Closure Date means the date and time to be determined by the Manager on which the register of Unitholders will be closed for the purpose of determining the entitlements of Unitholders to a Distribution;
Specialty fertilizer means a fertilizer distributed primarily for nonfarm use.
Reasonable time means: 25.1 between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. on a weekday; or 25.2 between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on a Saturday; or 25.3 at any other time agreed between the lessor and each tenant.Requirement to negotiate a day and time for a proposed entry by the lessor
