Redevelopment definition

Redevelopment means the construction, erection or placing of one or more buildings or structures on land where all or part of a building or structure has previously been demolished on such land or changing the use from a residential to non-residential use or from a non-residential to residential use or from one residential use to another form of residential use.

More Definitions of Redevelopment

Redevelopment. Means any rebuilding activity unless that rebuilding activity;
Redevelopment means structural development (construction, installation, or expansion of a building or other structure), creation or addition of impervious surfaces, replacement of impervious surfaces not as part of routine maintenance, and land disturbing activities associated with structural or impervious development on a previously developed site. Redevelopment does not include such activities as exterior remodeling.
Redevelopment means any land-disturbing activity that does not result in a net increase in built-upon area and that provides greater or equal stormwater control than the previous development.
