Default Retail Charges definition

Default Retail Charges means the Charges in accordance with the retail Charges rates published for the Xxxxxx and East Surrey water region and amended annually, usually every April. Drought Order has the same meaning as in section 221 of the Water Resources Act 1991; and for Customers in Scotland, Water Shortage Order has the same meaning as in section 51 & Part 7 of the Water Resources (Scotland) Act 2013.

Emergency Event means any event which is causing or is likely to cause danger to persons or danger to property which we believe on reasonable grounds is existing or imminent. Estimated Read means an estimation of the Meter Read by us in accordance with good industry practice (meaning all relevant practices and professional standards that would be expected of a supplier in these circumstances). Force Majeure Event means any act of God, adverse weather (excluding any serious deficiency in supplies caused by an exceptional shortage of rain), industrial disturbance or dispute (other than one affecting only the Party in question or associated with it), war, threat of war, act of terrorism, riot, civil commotion, public demonstration, sabotage, earthquake, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Party in question. Terms and Conditions means these Terms and Conditions as amended, updated or replaced by us from time to time and published on the SES Business Water web site xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/deemed-terms- and-conditions-ses-water-area Interruptible Supply means a supply of water which may be interrupted by the Wholesaler or us in accordance with the interruptible supply terms for each Premises set out in the Agreement. Losses means damage, losses, expenses or costs. Meter in the context of the Agreement means a meter installed at or near, serving your Premises.

Interruptible Supply means a supply of water which may be interrupted by us in accordance with the interruptible supply terms for each Premises set out in the Agreement. Losses means damage, losses, expenses or costs. Meter in the context of the Agreement means a meter installed at or near, serving your Premises.

Related to Default Retail Charges

  • Rental Charges means the charges payable for renting the Vehicle from Us together with GST and any other taxes or levies which are all fully set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Track Charges means the charges payable by or on behalf of the Train Operator to Network Rail, as set out in paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 7 or under the Traction Electricity Rules;

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Additional Charges As defined in Section 3.3.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Individual Charges means those charges incurred by individual Attendees including, but not limited to, restaurant charges other than the allowable group meals specified herein, any charge for alcoholic beverages, telephone expenses, sleeping room rental deposits, upgrades, Cancellation Fee and/or other applicable service or cancellation charges incurred by an Attendee, and associated taxes, surcharges, and/or other incidentals.

  • Past Due Rent Payment is defined in Section 2.2(g).

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Default Charges Default Interest and/or late payment charges that are paid or payable, as the context may require, in respect of any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan or REO Mortgage Loan.

  • Non-Cash Charges has the meaning specified in the definition of the term “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Additional Charge means a charge in accordance with Canon’s Current Rate; Additional Services means any service in addition to the Services to be provided by Canon under clause 21; Business Day means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the place where the Products or Services are being supplied;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • User Charges means a charge made to airlines by a service provider for the provision of airport, airport environmental, air navigation and aviation security facilities and services.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Additional Rent means any and all amounts, other than Basic Rent, required to be paid by the Tenant under this Lease, whether or not same are designated “Additional Rent” or whether or not the same are payable by Landlord;

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Rent Payment means the amount payable by Lessee for the Assets as specified in the applicable Schedule.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.

  • Tax Expenses means all federal, state, county, or local governmental or municipal taxes, fees, charges or other impositions of every kind and nature, whether general, special, ordinary or extraordinary, (including, without limitation, real estate taxes, general and special assessments, transit taxes, leasehold taxes or taxes based upon the receipt of rent, including gross receipts or sales taxes applicable to the receipt of rent, unless required to be paid by Tenant, personal property taxes imposed upon the fixtures, machinery, equipment, apparatus, systems and equipment, appurtenances, furniture and other personal property used in connection with the Project, or any portion thereof), which shall be paid or accrued during any Expense Year (without regard to any different fiscal year used by such governmental or municipal authority) because of or in connection with the ownership, leasing and operation of the Project, or any portion thereof.

  • Lease Payments means the rental payments described in Exhibit A hereto.

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.
