The Processor shall assist the Controller in Controller’s obligations to respond to requests for exercising Data Subjects’ Rights by using appropriate technical and organizational measures, to the extent practicable given the nature of the processing of Data.
Data Subjects’ Rights The Act gives important rights to data subjects, including the right – • To be informed that their personal data is being processed by the data controller;• To be given access to their personal data;• To require their personal data not to be used for direct marketing purposes;• To require the data controller to stop any processing of their personal data which is causing substantial and unwarranted damage or distress.
In the “Bring your own Participants” scenario, the Client is responsible for: - providing the appropriate information to EU Data Subjects on the Processing activities; and for - responding to any EU Data Subjects’ Rights Requests (“Data Subject Request”) on the Personal Data Processed by Playbook UX.
The Parties cooperate in good faith to ensure the respect of the provisions herein, including, but not exhaustively, to ensure the correct and appropriate exercise of Data Subjects’ Rights, manage incidents in the event of a Personal Data Breach in order to mitigate any undesirable effects.
Data Subjects’ Rights include: Right to Information: to know who is processing their data, what kind of data, the legal basis for the processing, who it is being sent to, and other information neededto establish the data is being processed fairly and transparently, and to be informed about decision making.
