Data Subjects’ Rights definition

Data Subjects’ Rights means the rights recognised to the Data Subject pursuant to the Applicable Data Protection Laws. To the extent the Regulation is applicable, “Data Subject’s Rights” means, e.g., the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Data or restriction of Processing concerning the Data Subject or to object to Processing as well as the right to data portability.

Data Subjects’ Rights means the rights of data subjects as provided in the GDPR including, but not limited to, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated decision making (including profiling);

Data Subjects’ Rights means the rights established towards the Data Subjects under the GDPR plus where applicable, the CCPA; POPIA and LGPD depending on the country of residence of the Data Subject.
