Data Subjects’ Rights definition

Data Subjects’ Rights means the rights recognised to the Data Subject pursuant to the Applicable Data Protection Laws. To the extent the Regulation is applicable, “Data Subject’s Rights” means, e.g., the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of Personal Data or restriction of Processing concerning the Data Subject or to object to Processing as well as the right to data portability.
Data Subjects’ Rights means the rights of data subjects as provided in the GDPR including, but not limited to, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated decision making (including profiling);
Data Subjects’ Rights. AppDynamics shall provide reasonable assistance to the End User (at the End User's expense) to enable the End User to respond to any request from a data subject to exercise any of its rights under Data Protection Law (including its rights of access, correction, objection, erasure and data portability, as applicable).

More Definitions of Data Subjects’ Rights

Data Subjects’ Rights means any request exercising rights under the Data Protection Legislation.
Data Subjects’ Rights. A request by a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation in relation to his or her Personal Data;
Data Subjects’ Rights means any request exercising or purporting to exercise rights under Chapter III of the GDPR; Group and Group Member means the Council and the Parent and each of the Parent's subsidiaries and Associated Companies from time to time;
Data Subjects’ Rights means any request exercising or purporting to exercise rights under Chapter III of the GDPR; Intragroup (Ringfencing) Agreement means the Intragroup (Ringfencing) Agreement entered into around the date of this Agreement and made between (1) the Service Provider and (2) the RP and (3) Broadway Living Limited; Operational Targets shall mean such operational targets in respect of the Services as may be agreed from time to time between the Parties; Price shall mean the sum payable by the RP to the Service Provider for the Services as referred to in clause 3 and in Schedule 2; Service(s) shall mean the service(s) set out in Schedule 1.
Data Subjects’ Rights means the rights of Data Subjects set out in applicable Referenced Law including, without limitation, rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of Processing, data portability, objection, and not to be subject to automated decision making (including profiling);
Data Subjects’ Rights the rights that Data Subjects have in relation to obtaining certain information about the Processing of their Personal Data and to exercise other rights under the Data Protection Legislation (including to request the rectification, erasure or blocking of their Personal Data).

Related to Data Subjects’ Rights

  • Data Subject means the identified or identifiable person to whom the Personal Data relates.

IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Background Intellectual Property Rights means Intellectual Property Rights owned, controlled or furnished by either Party other than Foreground Intellectual Property Rights.

  • Data Subject Access Request means a request made by a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the DPA to access his or her Personal Data;

  • Existing manufactured home park or subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) is completed before the effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by a community.

  • Environmental Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 1, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;

  • Background Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property introduced and required by either Party to give effect to their obligations under this Agreement owned in whole or in part by or licensed to either Party or their affiliates prior to the Commencement Date or developed after the Commencement Date otherwise pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Study Subject an individual who participates in the Study, either as a recipient of the Investigational Product (defined below) or as a control.
