Data Subjects definition

Data Subjects means all individuals whose Personal Information we receive in the course of our banking relationship with you, including your direct and indirect beneficial owners, directors, officers and authorized persons.

  • If the Supplier receives a request from a Data Subject in relation to Client Personal Data, the Supplier will respond to the request inviting the Data Subject to submit his/her request to the Notification E-mail Address (or, if opportune and/or possible, the Supplier will directly inform the Partner of the request and forward the Notification E-mail Address to the latter) so that the Client and the Partner may provide a response to the Data Subject's request.
