Collaboration Technology means the Collaboration Know-How and the Collaboration Patents.

  • In addition, Biogen Idec shall have the sole right, but not the obligation, to take legal action to enforce and defend any actual or potential infringement or misappropriation of the Biogen Idec Collaboration Technology.

Collaboration Technology means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patent Rights, and all other intellectual property rights in any of the foregoing.
