Daily Eurodollar Rate definition

Daily Eurodollar Rate means, with respect to a Swing Line Loan, the sum of (a) the quotient of (i) the Daily Eurodollar Base Rate, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement (expressed as a decimal) applicable to such Interest Period, plus (b) the Applicable Margin.
Daily Eurodollar Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent by dividing the Screen Rate by a number equal to 1.00 minus the Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Daily Eurodollar Rate as determined above would be less than zero percent (0%) per annum, such rate shall be deemed to be zero percent (0%) per annum for purposes of this Agreement with respect to any Advance that has not been identified by the Borrower in a notice to the Administrative Agent as being subject to a Hedge Agreement.
Daily Eurodollar Rate is defined in Section 2.3(c) hereof.

  • Determination of amounts payable under such Sections in connection with a Eurodollar Loan or Daily Eurodollar Loan shall be calculated as though each Lender funded its Eurodollar Loan and the Swing Line Lender funded its Daily Eurodollar Loan through the purchase of a deposit of the type and maturity corresponding to the deposit used as a reference in determining the Eurodollar Rate or Daily Eurodollar Rate applicable to such Loan, whether in fact that is the case or not.
