LIBOR Applicable Margin definition

LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Advance, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Advance as determined in accordance with Section 2.6 hereof.
LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date, the Applicable Margin used to determine the LIBOR Rate as determined from time to time in accordance with the definition of “Applicable Margin”.

More Definitions of LIBOR Applicable Margin

LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing, the Applicable Margin in effect for such Eurocurrency Borrowing as determined in accordance with Section 2.9 hereof.
