Applicable Eurodollar Margin definition

Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.
Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.
Applicable Eurodollar Margin shall have the meaning provided in section 2.7(g).

Examples of Applicable Eurodollar Margin in a sentence

  • Each Eurodollar Rate Advance shall bear interest from and including the first day of the Interest Period applicable thereto to (but not including) the last day of such Interest Period at the interest rate determined as applicable to such Eurodollar Rate Advance and shall change as and when the Applicable Eurodollar Margin changes.

  • Each Eurodollar Advance shall bear interest from and including the first day of the Interest Period applicable thereto to, but not including, the last day of such Interest Period at the Eurodollar Rate determined as applicable to such Eurodollar Advance plus the Applicable Eurodollar Margin.

More Definitions of Applicable Eurodollar Margin

Applicable Eurodollar Margin means the "Applicable Eurodollar Margin" determined in accordance with the Pricing Grid set forth in Annex I hereto.
Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, with respect to Eurodollar Advances, the applicable percentage rate per annum determined from time to time in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.
Applicable Eurodollar Margin means that number of basis points per annum set forth on the Pricing Grid under the heading “Applicable Eurodollar Margin”.
