London time definition

London time means Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) with adherence to British Summer Time (BST). BST begins on the last Sunday of March and ends on the last Sunday of October, during which time clocks are advanced from GMT by one hour (GMT +01:00). Save where these Rules state expressly to the contrary, all references to time in the Rules are references to London time;

  • LIBOR will be determined on the basis of the offered rates for deposits in U.S. dollars having a maturity of three months commencing on the second London Business Day immediately following such Dividend Determination Date, as such rates appear on the Reuters Screen LIBO Page as of 11:00 A.M. London time, on such Dividend Determination Date.
