Examples of CDOR Rate in a sentence
If the Borrower fails to specify a Type of Loan in a Loan Notice or fails to give a timely notice requesting a conversion or continuation, then the applicable Term Loans shall be made as, or converted to, Base Rate Loans or Canadian Prime Rate Loans, as applicable (unless the Loan being continued is a Term SOFR Loan or CDOR Rate Loan, in which case it shall be continued as a Term SOFR Loan, as applicable, with an Interest Period of one (1) month).
Any prepayment of a Term SOFR Loan or CDOR Rate Loan shall be accompanied by all accrued interest thereon, together with any additional amounts required pursuant to Section 3.05.
Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default, the Required Lenders may require that no Loans may be converted to or continued as Term SOFR Loans or CDOR Rate Loans.
Any such automatic conversion to Base Rate Loans or Canadian Prime Rate Loans, as applicable, or continuation pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence shall be effective as of the last day of the Interest Period then in effect with respect to the applicable Term SOFR Loans or CDOR Rate Loans.
If the Borrower requests a Borrowing of, conversion to, or continuation of Term SOFR Loans or CDOR Rate Loans in any such Loan Notice, but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one (1) month.
